They were on time and explained everything so I could understand. They gave me options, instead of replacing whole system that other companies said was my only option. The system works great and I'm very happy.

When you A/C goes out in 90+ degree weather (the same night as a huge thunderstorm rolls through and knocks out your power for 8+ hours), you don't expect an A/C company to accommodate your needs the first thing the next morning...at least not for a price. FlowTech came out this morning and took care of our A/C unit and did not charge a premium. They were prompt and professional and at no time did I think they were going to pass off a repair that was not needed. In the past, I have called the cheap companies that advertise in the coupon magazines, but no longer. FlowTech is now my A/C company of choice. Thanks, guys!

This is what I looked for: A contractor who could explain his work technically, and who could demonstrate that he knew more than the present job required. A contractor whose employees are educated, motivated and loyal. A contractor who can explain why the job is worth exactly what he is charging. Dan and his team satisfied all my criteria. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work.. It's been a year now since we replaced two HVAC systems in our home. The comfort level is uniformly better and the savings are compounding.
